AMANDA TEDESCO
Amanda Tedesco grew up in a small town outside of Richmond, Virginia, attending the city’s Governor’s School and subsequently enrolling in the ivy-league Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She spent college summers in Myrtle Beach, working in the in-house marketing department at Wyndham Vacation Resorts. After earning an economics degree from Wharton with majors in real estate and management, she moved to Myrtle Beach full time and became an active member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, achieving both her real estate and subsequently her broker-in-charge licenses while gaining valuable work experience in the field. In 2010, Amanda formed Carolina Palm Realty, and she currently serves the company’s Broker-in-Charge. Amanda enjoys traveling, shag dancing, and Italian lunches with her family.
SUPERVISORS
We proudly have a full team of supervisors to oversee the needs and interests of our guests and owners alike. Our guest services manager and housekeeping supervisor ensure travelers to our homes have a seamless experience so they can focus on exploring all Myrtle Beach has to offer, soaking in the sunshine, and spending time with loved ones. Meanwhile, our operations manager, maintenance supervisor, and property inspector keep our properties ready to host the next vacation. Our top priority is the satisfaction of our valued guests and property owners.
HISTORY
Carolina Palm provides complete property management and real estate services in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the second largest tourism destination in the United States. Owner Amanda Tedesco established Carolina Palm Realty in 2010. Utilizing her previous experience in short term and annual rental property management at a local brokerage, she designed the company to focus on strong owner and customer relations, property care, and high cleaning standards. Over the years, Carolina Palm grew its network as well as streamlined its operations. Today, Carolina Palm’s integrated hands-on management style and modern customer-oriented booking process make it a first choice for travelers and homeowners.
