* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spots provided in front of unit. Two additional spaces located down the road.
*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! AMAZING CENTRAL LOCATION IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH! Barefoot Landing and House of Blues are just at the entrance of the resort. The beach is only 2 miles away with parking and free shuttle in season.

Everything is at your fingertips! Fantastic restaurants, attractions, shopping, golf, and live music nearby!

Top rated location in Barefoot Resort and free parking at the home.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed. This house is fully private and just shares a wall with the next house.

Note: Garage parking with overflow just down the street (2 cars garage, 2 cars overflow). Maximum 3-4 vehicles. The living room ceiling fan is not currently working. Please note the fan will not be working during your stay.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charge of $400.
8. No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, boats, or campers allowed. If you rent/bring a golf cart, it must be parked in the garage.
