-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.

-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st

-No golfcarts/trailers allowed.
-Motorcycles only permitted in the overflow parking across street.
