* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 9th floor in Pinnacle tower
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

Note: Unit is currently for sale. There may be a real estate showing during your stay. We usually give notice 24 hours in advance, and showings take around 5 minutes. You can be in the unit or not - just go about your vacation as usual, and the Realtor will lock up when they leave.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
