The main game area is in the enclosed garage on the ground floor - near the pool. The pinball machine is on the second floor, and the putting green is outdoors by the pool.

Our huge living space has it all. With a modern open floor plan, it`s perfect for everyone to hang out in style. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining table is in this open area as well as a spacious L-shape couch ideal for catching up with friends or watching TV
The spacious design, hard flooring, and great art work are just a few of the touches that make the home so inviting.
The beach is a short 3 minute walk from the house. Coming home from the beach? You`ll also be able to wash off any sand at outdoor shower by the pool!

This beautiful beach house is brand new with all the modern amenities and a location that can`t be beat! Right in the heart of town and two short blocks to the beach, enjoy our beautiful pool, private fenced yard, gorgeous new home while being just minutes from the hottest restaurants and attractions in town!
There`s even a dog run perfect for your dog to enjoy themselves just on the right side of the house!

This is a very nice private home that the owners use throughout the year. Please respect the property and its contents.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking property.
*Owner does have a ring doorbell with camera at entrance.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property.
*No grills on property.
*Coin operated laundry room on site.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Four parking spaces, no garage parking.
*Keurig and ninja coffee maker provided in home.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*This Main Floor is on the 2nd Floor, No Elevator Access

-**Pool is not heated, guests can pay for it to be heated, but it needs to be arranged at minimum three days in advance! ONLY AVAILABLE APRIL, MAY, SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER**
Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
