The Villa
With multiple sleeping options in our home, all of your guests will plenty of space to spread out and relax. The primary suite features a private bath and king bed on the oceanfront. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and partial ocean view, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for even more space.
Our home also features free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected as much (or as little) as you like.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
