* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This home requires about ten stairs for entry.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Owner has ring door bell and security camera on rear exterior of house.

*Space for 7 vehicles. No parking on grass. NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS. Golf carts are allowed.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
